De la construction de votre TAM (Total Addressable Market) à la préparation de vos rendez-vous et au suivi des signaux de transaction, nos Agents IA automatisent les tâches répétitives afin que vos équipes puissent se concentrer sur la vente à forte valeur ajoutée.
🌍 Notre produit est global dès le premier jour et notre marché est profond, notre ambition est de construire la nouvelle référence pour de la génération de pipeline et l’exécution des deals grâce aux nouvelles possibilités de la GenAI.
TA FUTURE ÉQUIPE
Depuis un an suite à l’arrivée de Mouad (Head of Customer Solutions - ex RevOps Lead @Vasco, VC @XAnge, 3ème employé) nous construisons from scratch une équipe Customer Solutions & Operations !
Cette équipe est structurée en trois volets :
(i) un volet Customer Success , offrant un accompagnement complet (onboarding, success, expansion, support, product) afin de permettre à nos clients de leverage au maximum le potentiel de Tamtam,
(ii) un volet Operations , dans le cadre de la structuration de tous nos process (customer ops, sales ops, product ops, data and anlytics)
(iii) un volet AI Solutions Engineering , dédié à l’exploration de nouveaux use cases IA et au déploiement rapide de solutions Tamtam auprès de clients, dans un modèle inspiré des “Forward Deployment Engineers” : agile, orienté AI/Data, et proche des besoins business.
