We’re looking for a motivated and analytically minded to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in helping customers succeed on Cassidy by guiding them through implementations, modeling solutions, and troubleshooting complex workflows. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical problem-solving with customer-facing work, while shaping the future of AI adoption at a fast-growing company.
About The Role As a Technical AI Solutions Consultant, you’ll become an expert on Cassidy’s platform, customers, and use cases. You'll act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing issues, designing workflows, and enabling customers to unlock the full potential of AI. You’ll collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to surface insights from customer engagements and influence product direction.
This role is ideal for someone with a consulting, technical pre-sales, customer success/implementation, or customer-facing software engineering background who enjoys solving problems in real-time with clients and wants to grow at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and customer success. Responsibilities
