You’ll play a critical role in helping customers succeed on Cassidy by guiding them through implementations, modeling solutions, and troubleshooting complex workflows. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical problem-solving with customer-facing work, while shaping the future of AI adoption at a fast-growing company.
About the Role
As a Technical AI Solutions Consultant, you’ll become an expert on Cassidy’s platform, customers, and use cases. You'll act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing issues, designing workflows, and enabling customers to unlock the full potential of AI. You’ll collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to surface insights from customer engagements and influence product direction.
