What You’ll Be Responsible For
- End-to-End AI Solution Development
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications from concept to production

- Architect systems where AI is central, including multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows

- Replace manual processes with intelligent, adaptive automation systems
- Client Collaboration & Solutioning
- Translate business problems into scalable AI and agent-driven solutions
- Rapid Prototyping & MVP Development
- Build fast, validate quickly, and iterate based on real-world feedback
- System Integrations
- Connect AI systems with CRMs, ERPs, APIs, and third-party tools
- Scalable Production Delivery
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security in deployed solutions

- AI Chatbots & Conversational Systems (support, sales, internal ops)
- Workflow Automation (AI + no-code + custom pipelines)
- AI Agents & Agentic Workflows (task execution, decision-making, autonomous operations)

Required Skills & Expertise
Core AI & Engineering
- Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source models)
- Proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings
- Hands-on expertise in NLP, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
- Familiarity with TensorFlow / PyTorch (preferred)
Agentic Systems (Important)
- Experience with agentic frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.)
- Ability to design multi-step reasoning systems and tool-using agents
- Understanding of planning, memory, and orchestration in AI systems
- Exposure to multi-agent collaboration patterns
System & Product Thinking
- Ability to design AI-first, scalable architectures
- Experience building production-grade SaaS or internal platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
Automation & Integrations
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom pipelines
- Strong integration and workflow orchestration skills
Collaboration & Communication
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work with global teams and fast-paced environments
- Experience with Western clients is a plus
