We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solution Architect to design and develop the AGRIVI AI Engage product. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building AI agents, strong technical proficiency, and proven experience in product development. Experience with the Microsoft Azure AI tech stack, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Power Platform is considered a strong plus. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven agriculture by architecting robust, scalable, and user-centric AI solutions. * Architect, design and develop end-to-end AI agent solutions for AGRIVI AI Engage, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. * Translate product vision and functional requirements into actionable technical requirements and development plans. * Lead the technical development of AI models and agent frameworks, in close collaboration with the product team. * Evaluate, select, train, fine-tune and orchestrate appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, and tools. * Integrate AI agents with existing AGRIVI platforms and third-party systems to continuously add value to customers. * Monitor technical performance of AI agents in production, implement improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals. * Stay current with AI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to conversational AI and agent-based systems. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in AI solution architecture, with a focus on building and deploying AI agents or conversational AI systems. * Strong programming skills in Python and .NET * Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and hands-on experience with LLMs and multi-agent systems. * Demonstrated technical writing capabilities and translating functional requirements into robust, scalable, flexible and cost-efficient product architecture and development plan. * Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI services, Azure Functions) and Microsoft Power Platform. * Experience with MLOps best practices. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. * Experience in agritech or related industries is a plus. * Fluent in English language, Croatian language is a plus (not obligatory).  Zagreb, Croatia.   * Opportunity to drive innovation in a rapidly growing agritech company. * Building an AI product for the global market. * Work with a passionate, cross-disciplinary and international team. * Competitive compensation and benefits. * Flexible working arrangements with hybrid work. * Employment or B2B contract.
