Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world’s leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and build seamless integrations that power these voice experiences. You’ll design and implement solutions that connect our platform with third party systems, in industries such as and , where data integration and reliability are key. You’ll work across customer and partner projects, integrating with CRMs, workflow platforms, CCaaS platforms, and other sources of context for AI agents (such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Epic, and OpenTable) to enable non-technical stakeholders to harness AI automation effortlessly.
This role sits within the engineering team while working closely with our Strategic Alliances group to deepen PolyAI’s commercial and technical relationships with a fast-growing ecosystem of partners. The mission: bring integrations to life to enhance context for AI agents so that both customers and end users experience tangible value.
