About the Role 

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong consumer product instincts and hands-on experience building and shipping mobile apps. Someone who understands how to take a 0→1 product, shape the user experience, work with design/engineering, and get it into users’ hands fast. You will be working with our clients to build products and spending your spare time helping ourselves build our own.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of mobile AI products across multiple customers
• Work with design and engineering to turn concepts into polished, user-ready mobile experiences
• Shape product strategy: user flows, feature prioritization, requirements, and rapid iteration
• Act as the day-to-day product owner with customers - adoption, retention, and growth
• Build reusable playbooks and processes to help us scale product delivery
• Use learnings from customer builds to influence Casper’s internal product roadmap

Who You Are

• 3–7+ years in consumer product management, ideally with mobile app experience
• You’ve shipped real features - onboarding, activation flows, notifications, experiments, funnels
• You know what makes consumers stick with a product
• You’re comfortable leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple products at once
• Strong communicator who can work closely with customers and translate needs into builds
• Bonus: experience with AI-driven features, LLM workflows, or agent-based designs
