The Context

Our technical daily life is far from ordinary: we work with Whole Slide Images (WSI) . We’re not talking about standard photos, but multi-gigabyte files exceeding one billion pixels. To bridge the gap between research and clinical impact, your goal is: industrialization and scalability.

• Your Role: You will be the Architect of our AI Factory, designing the software infrastructure capable of handling massive volumes of Gigapixel data.
• The Challenge: Automate calibration pipelines and optimize tiling/storage to ensure our models scale seamlessly. If you enjoy solving complex I/O problems, you’re in the right place.

Missions

• Industrialization: Secure and enhance research-to-production workflows.
• Orchestration & Serving: Become our go-to expert for experiment tracking, resource orchestration, and model serving.
• Automation: Automate model calibration and dataset/model versioning.
• Standardization: Advocate for software best practices (Clean Code, CI/CD, Testing) within the R&D team.

Profile

• Python Seniority: 3 to 5 years of experience with a strong Software Engineering approach.
• AI Lib Fluency: PyTorch, OpenCV, Scikit-learn.
• Platform Mindset: Experience with MLOps frameworks (experiment tracking, model registries, pipelines).
• "Enabler" Spirit: You take pride in building robust systems that make your colleagues faster and more efficient.
• High-Volume Data: Comfortable handling large-scale datasets and optimizing data flows.
