Who you are

• This role requires a deep understanding of our systems and their users (internal and external), the ability to translate complex technical work to everyday users, and ruthless problem solving
• You have a college degree with a quantitative background in analytics, finance, or economics or STEM similar
• You balance an eagerness to learn with the ability to execute and enjoy solving tough problems
• You have 1+ years of work experience in technology, data analysis or other technical and quantitative fields
• You’re a team player and excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-paced, fast-growing company
• This is an in person role based in Chicago, New York or San Francisco with the expectation to be in the office
• Bonus points if you have advanced excel skills and SQL, Python or other programming skills, or experience vibe coding/building automations

What the job involves

• Loop is building an AI ops team that will own key automation and intelligence systems as Loop builds and scales them across its customer base. We are disrupting traditional operations with AI powered workflows that create 100X leverage for users, turning operators into analysts
• Responsibilities include close partnership with engineering and product teams, internal roll-out of new systems and products, and driving adoption across Loop’s user base
