The pitch. You and a product owner. One pod. No tickets, no managers, no sprint theater. An idea on Monday is live for real customers by Friday. You build it, you ship it, you watch people use it, you do it again. You’ll work with Claude, Gemini, Grok or whichever model enables you to deliver the best output.

This is real building. You own products end to end: the portal a homeowner uses to buy a heat pump, the agents that run the business, the tools that decide what happens next. You and your pod pick what to make, and you make it.

You run a fleet of agents. One of you ships what used to take a team of ten. The only cap on your output is your taste and your ambition.
