We're looking for an AI Learning Innovation Specialist to innovate and enhance our AI learning experiences. You'll be instrumental in exploring LLM-powered strategies for content and quality, designing engaging asynchronous learning formats, and collaborating across teams to shape impactful educational programs. ### Responsibilities ##### Curriculum Design & Innovation - Explore and test LLM-powered strategies for quality assurance, LLM-driven content. - Explore and test new formats for asynchronous learning. - Lead AI driven iterations in existing portfolio courses - Turn concepts and ideas into structured syllabi. - Create engaging instructional design for both synchronous and asynchronous delivery. ##### Cross-Team Collaboration & Program Shaping - Collaborate with B2B and B2C teams to scope educational proposals. - Lead the feedback cycle to improve future versions of ongoing programs. ##### SME & Project Management - Track project and course progress across all stages, report on status updates and key milestones. - Ensure smooth, aligned workflows across teams and departments. - Interview and validate qualified SMEs, build and maintain a reliable expert talent pool. - Oversee SME onboarding and manage deliverables, and foster strong working relationships with SMEs. - Ensure SME deliverables meet quality, consistency, and timeline standards. - Deploy learning materials across platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and instructors. ### Requirements - Fluent in Spanish - Interested/passionate in AI — not extensively experienced needed - Experience in asynchronous and/or learning #### What we offer The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students and be part of a team committed to educational excellence. - Remote policy working from Spain - 22 working days of vacation per year. - Flexi Fridays: 6-hour workday on Fridays. - Free enrollment in our part-time courses: learn to code, design, or analyze data.
