AI Learning & Change Architect

Pandatron is seeking a AI Learning & Change Architect to operationalize high-impact AI coaching journeys for enterprise transformation with Pandatron global clients.

This role carries functional ownership for Pandatron’s AI learning and change experiences and end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of client and internal programs. You will translate proven change, OD, and leadership frameworks into structured AI-enabled coaching journeys, and ensure those experiences are delivered on time, at quality, and at scale .

You’ll work cross-functionally with change practitioners, learning designers, AI engineers, and product leaders to operationalize content, manage priorities, and continuously improve outcomes across global enterprise deployments.

This is a hands-on role for someone grounded in change management, L&D, and behavioral science , who is equally comfortable owning delivery as they are shaping how AI supports human transformation, and also comfortable working in fast-moving, tech start-up with evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience

• 5-10+ years in change management, L&D, OD, instructional design, or transformation roles
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering projects or programs end-to-end
• Strong working knowledge of change frameworks (ACMP, Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
• Proven experience designing learning or change interventions for corporate audiences
• Experience working with digital learning, AI-enabled tools, coaching platforms, or conversational systems
• Strong writing, synthesis, prioritization, and systems-thinking skills

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Psychology, OD, HRD, or related field
• Change management certification (CCMP, Prosci, etc.)
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or productized coaching environments
• Experience working with large consultancies, COE's or remote senior roles for US and Europe based multinationals
• Familiarity with AI safety, conversation design, or behavioral science applications
