Pandatron is seeking a AI Learning & Change Architect to operationalize high-impact AI coaching journeys for enterprise transformation with Pandatron global clients.
This role carries functional ownership for Pandatron’s AI learning and change experiences and of client and internal programs. You will translate proven change, OD, and leadership frameworks into structured AI-enabled coaching journeys, and ensure those experiences are delivered .

You’ll work cross-functionally with change practitioners, learning designers, AI engineers, and product leaders to operationalize content, manage priorities, and continuously improve outcomes across global enterprise deployments.
