Our Innovation Studio brings together industry experts and talent to co-create solutions that solve real business challenges. We work with companies globally, focusing on technologies such as AI agents, process automation, and intelligent workflows.

Program Details:

• Duration: 6 months (January – June 2026)
• Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
• Positions Available: 10 interns (5 Technical + 5 Business)

If you have a background in computer science, systems engineering, industrial engineering, data science, or related fields with a passion for AI development, automation, and building innovative solutions. If you have a curious mind, love coding, and want to work with cutting-edge technologies like OpenAI, LangChain, and cloud platforms, we would love to meet you.

Or if you have a background in business administration, economics, business analytics, marketing, strategy, or related fields with interest in process optimization, project management, or digital transformation. If you have strategic vision and a passion for bridging technology and business value, this is your opportunity.

Skills, knowledge, and experience:

Technical Track:

• Develop and test AI-powered agents and automation workflows for real business applications
• Integrate APIs and external data sources into AI pipelines
• Build prototypes using n8n, Make, and Python to solve partner challenges
• Collaborate with mentors on OpenAI, LangChain, and similar frameworks
• Participate in documentation, testing, and version control via GitHub
• Explore cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scalability
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve AI performance and business integration

BusinessTrack:

• Define go-to-market strategies for AI solutions
• Conduct process optimization analysis and identify automation opportunities
• Lead agile sprint planning and development sessions
• Develop value propositions, business cases, and pitch new products
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Analyze business impact and ROI of AI implementations

Requirements:

Technical Track:

• Background in computer science, systems engineering, data science, or related fields
• Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Understanding of APIs and automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Awareness of AI fundamentals and frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience with Git/GitHub collaboration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Fluent English
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Business Track:

• Background in business administration, economics, business analytics, marketing, or related fields
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Interest in AI applications, process optimization, and change management
• Understanding of agile project management
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Fluent English
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and their business impact
