Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Amsterdam Area, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. As an AI & Innovation Intern (Business Track) at Ofi Services, you will support the development of AI and innovation projects by conducting market research, analyzing business use cases, and generating actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using AI technologies, assist in designing and testing innovative solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. You will also engage in stakeholder communication and contribute to project documentation.

Qualifications

Experience with Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar roles
Process knowledge (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement)
Interest in AI, Generative AI, and innovative solutions development
Excellent research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Technology, or a related field
Familiarity with Celonis, RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), or data analysis tools is a plus
