Our Innovation Studio brings together industry experts and talent to co-create solutions that solve real business challenges. We work with companies globally, focusing on technologies such as AI agents, process automation, and intelligent workflows.

Duration: 6 months (January – June 2026)
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Positions Available: 10 interns (5 Technical + 5 Business)

We are looking for you:

If you have a background in business administration, economics, business analytics, marketing, strategy, or related fields with interest in process optimization, project management, or digital transformation. If you have strategic vision and a passion for bridging technology and business value, this is your opportunity.

Define go-to-market strategies for AI solutions
Conduct process optimization analysis and identify automation opportunities
Lead agile sprint planning and development sessions
Develop value propositions, business cases, and pitch new products
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
Analyze business impact and ROI of AI implementations

Background in business administration, economics, business analytics, sales, strategy, marketing, or related fields
Process knowledge (finance, procurement, supply chain)
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in AI applications, process optimization, and change management
Understanding of agile project management
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Fluent English
Curiosity about emerging technologies and their business impact
Initiative, accountability, and adaptability
Creative problem-solving approach
Entrepreneurial mindset
Team collaboration skills

Work alongside industry partners to tackle real-world business challenges
Co-create AI solutions from concept to MVP delivery
