We’re looking for an AI Implementation Consultant to design and drive the implementation of our AI product in complex enterprise environments. You’ll champion customers’ data readiness, educate them on the AI tech behind TechWolf, and guide them in the integration of our product into their ecosystem. As a subject matter expert, you will take ownership of technical success for specific customers and drive improvements to our methodology and product.

Educate customers on skills, the TechWolf product and the underlying artificial intelligence.

Help customers assess their data landscape and map it to the solution architecture for seamless integration via the TechWolf API.

Configure and guide the integration of the TechWolf API with the customer’s HR- (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Crunchr, Visier…) and business systems (Jira, MS Teams, Slack…).

Get customers up and running with our governance and management tooling, helping them put strong processes in place.

Make sure customers have the right setup and data quality to keep growing their use of TechWolf’s product in new use cases.

You have 2+ years of practical experience with enterprise software implementation and integration.
You're familiar with APIs, data analysis and can use your strong analytical mind to get to the root of technical challenges.
You're passionate about using AI and skills data to make an impact for both customers and their employees.
You foster cross-functional collaboration with many internal- and external stakeholders, including technical and business.
You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and be able to work and communicate effectively.
You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
