Now, we are looking for an AI Governance Specialist who focuses on helping our partners implement AI Governance across Europe. In the role, you'll be the trusted advisor for our partners, and help the team activate and expand our partnership network across Europe.

Why this role matters: As our AI Governance Specialist, you will not only advise and work together with our partners, but also shape an ecosystem that accelerates AI governance adoption across industries in Europe. Working side by side with our founders, you will identify, cultivate, and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new opportunities for Deeploy and our customers.

You will be the bridge between our partners and Deeploy’s AI Governance platform, enabling co-selling, delivering impactful enablement programs, and translating partner needs into shared success. What you will own:

• Trusted Advisor on AI Governance: Become a trusted advisor for our partners and customers alike. Help them with the implementation of AI Governance.
• Enable Success: Design and lead initiatives to activate our partnerships, train our partners, organize events together, work together on complex new customers & deals, and create whitepapers and other high-value materials with partners
• Drive Growth: Grow our network of partners across Europe, with both major tech players (think AWS, Microsoft, OVH, Scaleway) and top-tier consultancies (Deloitte, Carve, Considerati) to boost AI governance adoption.

Who you are:

• Technically savvy, AI Governance knowledge with a solid grasp of AI and data infrastructure; you can speak confidently with engineers and architects. Familiar with responsible AI principles and experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experienced with at least 3 years of experience as consultant or partnership manager, dealing with multiple complex organizations.
• Domain knowledge in European regulated sectors like financial services or public institutions.
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating across diverse teams.
