Proven scale: Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and driving meaningful revenue growth.
Deep tech literacy: A scientific degree (BSc or higher) and strong understanding of complex systems—AI, hardware, software, and manufacturing.
Product and R&D mastery: Led end-to-end development and know how to turn technology into a market-defining product.
Entrepreneurial grit: Thrives in uncertainty, moves fast, and can rally people around a bold vision.

The Deal

EIR Program: A protected incubation phase to shape the venture together with us.
Funding: Initial investment to get to real traction fast.
Location: The venture will be founded and operate in Northern Israel—where real industry meets deep tech.
