We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (NLP & LLMs)

NeuroDiscovery AI is looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our cutting-edge NLP team. You will play a pivotal role in building and deploying language-based AI solutions that create real-world impact in healthcare.

NeuroDiscovery AI is an AI-native healthcare company transforming clinical research and care through advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. We work with large-scale clinical and operational datasets to improve outcomes, efficiency, and evidence generation across healthcare systems.

🔍 Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-driven solutions for complex NLP tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Engineering, MLOps, Product, and Domain teams to take models from research to production.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and adapt LLMs (GPT, Llama2, Mistral, etc.) for real-world NLP use cases
• Design and deploy ML/DL models for tasks such as NER, classification, summarization, QA, and sentiment analysis
• Build experimentation frameworks to evaluate and improve model performance (LLM testing tools like TruLens are a plus)
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on scalable data pipelines for large text datasets
• Work with MLOps to deploy models into production systems
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with NLP and LLM advancements

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML/DL models
• At least 12 months of hands-on experience with Large Language Models
• Strong Python skills and experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
