Responsibilities

• Research & Development

  : Explore advanced AI/ML techniques in NLP and LLMs to address real-world use cases

• Model Training

  : Build data pipelines and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks.

• AI Agent Systems

  : Design and orchestrate multi-agent LLM workflows with memory, tool-use, and reasoning chains.

• Production Deployment

  : Package models as scalable APIs/microservices (REST/gRPC) and deploy via Docker, Kubernetes.

• Collaboration

  : Work with software, product, and data teams to integrate AI into production systems.

• Monitoring & Optimization

  : Track performance, optimize latency and accuracy, and iterate through user feedback.

• Technology Adoption

  : Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and suggest innovations.

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.

• Experience: 3

  • years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, especially with NLP and LLMs.

Technical Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of deep learning (Transformers, neural nets) and modern LLM architectures.
• Proficient in Python; experienced with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiar with Git for version control.

LLM/NLP Skills:

• Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs/NLP models.
• Familiar with data preprocessing for text/speech.
• Comfortable with Hugging Face Transformers, Sentence-Transformers, PEFT (LoRA, Adapters), FlashAttention.

Prompting & Retrieval

• Good grasp of prompt engineering, instruction tuning, CoT, and RLHF.
• Experience with RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Haystack.
• Able to work with vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or Qdrant.

AI Agent Frameworks

• Practical experience or strong understanding of agent-based LLM systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Knowledge of tool-calling, memory, and reasoning flow is a plus.

MLOps & Deployment

• Experience deploying models with Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs.
• Familiar with CI/CD, model tracking (MLflow, W&B), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Evidently).

Language & Soft Skills

• Able to read English technical docs; basic spoken English is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and Agile collaboration.
