What You’ll Do
Depending on the startup you match with, you may:
- Build and deploy ML / AI systems used in production
- Work on LLM-powered applications (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evals)
- Design data pipelines and model training workflows
- Optimize inference, latency, and cost
- Collaborate closely with founders, PMs, and designers
- Turn ambiguous problems into shipped AI features
This is hands-on, impact-heavy work — not research for the sake of research.
What We’re Looking For
We care far more about what you’ve built than where you studied.
Strong candidates typically have:
- Experience with Python and/or modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Real-world experience with LLMs, NLP, CV, or recommender systems
- Comfort working with APIs, cloud infra, and data pipelines
- Ability to take ownership in fast-moving environments
- Clear communication and a bias toward shipping
Bonus points if you’ve:
- Built AI products used by real users
- Worked at startups or early-stage teams
- Open-sourced meaningful projects
- Tuned models in production or scaled AI systems
