Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and AI services using Python, FastAPI and related frameworks;
Build and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex tasks, make decisions and execute workflows with minimal human intervention;
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases;
Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
Build and maintain containerized AI services using Docker and create scalable AI pipelines for content generation;
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into our platform;
Monitor and optimize AI model performance to improve accuracy, scalability and user experience;
Conduct experiments, perform data analysis and provide insights to enhance model performance;
Stay updated on the latest advances in AI/GenAI technologies and proactively suggest platform improvements;
Participate in code reviews, unit tests and documentation to ensure high quality products delivery.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field;
Experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering for LLMs;
Strong programming experience in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks;
Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks;
Practical knowledge of Docker containerization;
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP) techniques;
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken);
Analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity and a systematic approach to problem-solving;
Strong believer in teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS;add add what you’ll
Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangChain);
Background in NLP or computational linguistics;
Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
