We are in a high-growth phase, building an elite product team: fast, high-performance, and talented. We are looking for an AI Engineer specialized in LLMs and agentic workflows to build the brain behind our platform.

The Role:

We value product ownership and technical depth. You will not just be calling APIs; you will be architecting, building, and refining complex AI agents that run on our backend.

You will face complex technical challenges: orchestrating multi-agent systems, optimizing latency, handling context windows, and ensuring our AI behaves intelligently and predictably. We need someone who lives and breathes the LLM ecosystem and knows how to turn state-of-the-art models into reliable, production-ready backend features.

Tech Stack & Tools:

• Backend: Python.
• AI Ecosystem: LangChain, Langfuse (for observability and prompt management), and potentially other orchestration frameworks (LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.).
• Models: Deep integration with major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source models).

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: You have hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered backend solutions in production.
• LLM Mastery: Deep understanding of how foundational models work, their limitations, and extensive experience working with the APIs of the major providers.
• Agent Architecture: Strong knowledge of how to design agentic workflows, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and memory management for AI.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: You know how to craft, test, and iterate prompts systematically to get robust, structured outputs from LLMs.

Location & Setup:

• Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
• Office: Carrer de la Llacuna, 162, Sant Martí, 08018 Barcelona.
