Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore for an AI Engineer – Conversational & Agentic Systems .

You will help bring AI to the core of industrial operations by building conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, and intelligent systems that make enterprise data easy to access and act on.

You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to design and deploy AI systems that turn operational data into natural-language insights, automated workflows, and decision support.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys prototyping fast, shipping real systems, and solving practical AI problems in production environments.

What You’ll Do

• Build conversational AI systems for enterprise and industrial use cases
• Design and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent systems
• Develop LLM-powered applications for data exploration and decision support
• Prototype rapidly and productionize successful solutions
• Work with structured, unstructured, and time-series data
• Collaborate with product, domain experts, and engineers to deploy real-world AI solutions
• Help define best practices for LLMOps, evaluation, and monitoring

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building AI/ML systems in production
• Deep understanding of LLMs, conversational AI, and AI agents
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Familiarity with Azure AI, Snowflake, or similar enterprise AI stacks
• Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, ML, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial systems, or IoT
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
• Familiarity with LLMOps (versioning, monitoring, cost control)
• Strong prototyping and builder mindset
