We are currently looking for AI Enablement Developer -
a
developer first, automation expert second
. We don't need a "prompt engineer" or someone who only connects blocks in Zapier. We need a strong engineer (Python/SQL/API) who has mastered AI tools to multiply their output by 10x.
You will join the
RevOps and AI Enablement team
to build the internal "nervous system" of the company. Your job is to replace manual processes with resilient code and AI agents. You must understand how to write production-grade Python and how to use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and LangGraph to ship features in hours, not days.

If you rely 100% on low-code tools without understanding the underlying logic, this role is too technical for you.

"It works on my machine" or "the AI wrote it" are not valid excuses for bugs in production.
