Own hardware products from concept to launch, including product definition, development of hardware and software, and execution.
Define product requirements and translate business needs into clear technical direction.
Lead product development for hardware-based products such as smart devices, smart screens, peripherals, or embedded systems.
Source and evaluate modules or components such as cameras, sensors, displays, and other hardware parts from overseas suppliers and OEM/ODM partners.
Directly participate in hands-on R&D, design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
Assess technical feasibility, product cost, timelines, and trade-offs to support decision-making.
Present product strategy, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, sourcing, and management teams to deliver successful product outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working on smart devices, IoT products, smart screens, robotics systems, embedded products , or similar hardware categories.
3+ years of experience in hardware product management, technical product management, hardware development , or a related role.
Strong understanding of hardware product development processes, from early concept and prototyping to production.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Comfortable working with suppliers and manufacturers to solve practical product and development issues.
Able to understand technical documentation, datasheets, module specifications, and engineering trade-offs.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects independently.
Confident presenting and communicating with senior management or C-level executives.
Familiarity with component sourcing, supplier communication, and technical support follow-up is a plus.
Chinese language skills are a plus.
Experience in Kickstarter / Hackathon is a plus.
