Be a partner to our clients in their AI customer experience strategy.
Design and implement AI Talkbot conversation on WIZ platform. Customize the talkbot
responses, manage and validate the corpus, configure the rules and logic, test and verify the
final experience.

Job Requirement
Engineering/Computer Science /Linguistics/ Media communication / Marketing, etc)
Have experience in Conversation Design or UX design will be a big bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Good command of English/Chinese is
required)
Strong logical thinking & problem-solving skills
Relevant work/Internship experience in software testing, IT system deployment and
knowledge in NLP/NLU, flow chart, state transition diagram will be a plus;
understood by technical and non-technical management and staff
A team player and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
