Ironhack is a global tech school that helps companies and individuals close the digital skills gap through immersive, outcomes-driven education. We're looking for an AI Curriculum Engineer to own and drive our AI product line, designing and developing cutting-edge courses and content. You'll ensure our educational materials are top-notch, technically accurate, and engaging, while continuously researching and incorporating the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. ### Responsibilities ##### Curriculum Ownership & Development - Own and drive the AI product line as a core offering. - Design and develop new courses and updates focused on AI and emerging technologies. - Translate course concepts into structured syllabi and lesson plans (synchronous & asynchronous). - Ensure all educational materials are complete, accessible, and ready before course launches. - Research and test new course ideas in AI and related fields. Content & Technical Oversight - Coordinate and manage external subject matter experts (SMEs). - Perform quality assurance on SME contributions for technical accuracy and clarity - Ensure SME content is engaging, industry-relevant, and pedagogically sound. - Deploy learning materials across platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and instructors. - Provide hands-on support in technical tasks when needed. - Edit and maintain lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. - Use Git and other tools for version control of content and code. - Troubleshoot technical issues affecting course development or delivery. Research & Innovation - Continuously monitor trends in AI and emerging technologies. - Identify content opportunities based on market needs. - Explore and incorporate AI-driven content generation methods. #### Requirements - Fluent in Spanish - 3+ years experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development - Proven experience with Data Analysis and strong knowledge of Data Science. - Proficiency in Python, Git, GitHub, Pandas, SQL, APIs, Web Scraping, Tableau, Machine Learning libraries (Scikit Learn), Large Language Models (LLMs), Cloud Computing platforms and Artificial Intelligence. - Experience with Langchain, LangGraph, n8n, make.com and/or experience with building ai agents #### What we offer The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students and be part of a team committed to educational excellence. - Remote policy working from Spain - 22 working days of vacation per year. - Flexi Fridays: 6-hour workday on Fridays. - Free enrollment in our part-time courses: learn to code, design, or analyze data.
