About the role
Zodixy Labs builds agentic AI systems for UK SMEs and runs two live products:
- LeakAudit
(leakaudit.app) - an AI-powered website auditor that identifies revenue leaks in real-time. Built on Node.js, Supabase, Stripe, OpenRouter, and Puppeteer. Live with a paid tier.
- Phasic App
(phasic.app) - a UK patent-filed generative neuro acoustic AI platform currently in the endorsement process.
We're looking for one paid build partner to work alongside the founder on client builds, LeakAudit development, and Phasic feature work.
This is not a traditional intern role. You will specify, ship, and review real AI workflows that run in production. You'll learn how to operate AI coding agents at production scale, a skill most people won't have for another two years.
What you'll do
- Spec and ship agentic AI workflows for UK SME clients (72-hour sprint model)
- Contribute to LeakAudit (leakaudit.app) - new audit modules, programmatic SEO pages, and the Agency Plan tier
- Work on feature development inside Phasic App
- Use Claude, Claude Code, n8n, Supabase, OpenRouter, and adjacent tools
- Write specifications that AI coding agents execute
- Review and integrate agent-produced code
- Document builds and create client handover materials
What we're looking for
- At least one thing you've built end-to-end using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Windsurf, Replit Agent, or similar)
- Clear written communication - you can describe a system before you build it
- Attention to detail - you notice when AI output is subtly wrong
- Fast execution - you ship rather than polish indefinitely
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
What would help but isn't required
- Background in psychology, digital marketing, operations, or any field where you've had to translate messy real-world problems into structured solutions
- Experience with Supabase, Next.js, Stripe, or Web Audio API
- Prior experience shipping a product, app, or automation to real users
- Familiarity with UK SME operations (accountancy, consulting, professional services)
What you won't need
- A computer science degree
- Traditional coding experience
- A polished CV
We care about what you've shipped, not what you studied.
Logistics
- Paid at competitive contract rates, discussed on first call based on experience
- Part-time, flexible hours, project based
- Remote (UK or EU time zone preferred for overlap)
- Starts when the right person joins - no hard deadline
How to apply
Apply through LinkedIn with your profile. In the application message, include:
- One link to something you've built (URL, GitHub, Loom, screenshot, anything real)
- A short paragraph on how you'd approach automating a repetitive process at a UK professional services firm
- One thing you've learned or built in the last 30 days
Applications without these three elements will not be reviewed.
