The role:
AI Backend Engineer
We’re looking for a
top-performing
and
highly ambitious
engineer (m/f/d) with at least 1 year (better 2) of experience to help shape the future of fintech. Your responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain MCP servers and connectors
Develop agentic workflows and AI-powered automation pipelines
Build backend services in Python and design robust APIs
Work with diverse database technologies — Elasticsearch, Qdrant, PostgreSQL
Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and internal services
Design and ship end-to-end features used by thousands of financial professionals
