We help employers, HR teams, and benefits advisors simplify one of the most complex parts of the employee experience: healthcare benefits. Healthee’s AI helps employees understand their benefits, find care, and schedule appointments, turning confusing benefits information into a simple conversation.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on builder to architect the AI-powered systems, agents, and automations that will exponentially increase the speed and scale of our go-to-market (GTM) execution.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will support the entire funnel—from demand generation and sales enablement to product marketing and customer expansion—by translating manual GTM workflows into reliable, automated systems. If you prefer building pipelines over running standard marketing playbooks, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do You will act as the technical engine behind our marketing and sales efforts, focusing on three core pillars:
1. AI Agent Development & Prompt Engineering Build and tune AI agents to support the full GTM funnel, including:
2. GTM Automation & Pipeline Architecture Design and maintain "channel-ready" automated workflows for core marketing operations:

Why Join Healthee?
Salary:For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $130-$140K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive an equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

Builder Mindset: You think in workflows, reliability, and systems rather than one-off tasks.
AI-Native: Deeply comfortable working with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt evaluation, and iterative tuning.
