About The Role This is a full-time, onsite role as an AI Associate at our Berlin HQ, designed as a three-month rotational program with a pathway to high-impact commercial roles. You’ll join a cohort of customer-facing talent who build deep product expertise and commercial acumen from day one.

Program Structure
In our AI Associate Program you'll get 10x more meaningful product and customer exposure than in traditional sales roles. Our program is designed for people who want to build deep expertise, work closely with customers, and grow into commercial leaders - without relying on old-school sales tactics.
It's a Three-month Rotational Program
Weeks 1-6: Foundations in Customer Success & Account Management
Intensive onboarding, product mastery through customer interactions, and shadowing of customer calls and workshops
Weeks 7-12: Building in Solutions Engineering + Selling in Sales & Partnerships
Hands-on with building assistants/workflows and implementing use cases
Shadowing and supporting sales and partnership calls, learning how to qualify, pitch, and close deals
Upon graduation, you’ll be able to join one of the core commercial roles (Sales, Account Management/Customer Success) based on your strengths and interests.
