About the role
We are looking for an AI Agents Solutions Specialist to lead the evaluation, design, and delivery of intelligent agent solutions across the organization. This role bridges business analysis and hands-on development, ensuring the right type of agent is built for each use case, from lightweight knowledge assistants to fully integrated, workflow-driven solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable agent architectures while maintaining strong governance, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and qualify AI agent use cases based on business value, complexity, and risk
- Recommend the appropriate solution approach (e.g., lightweight agents vs. full-scale implementations, level of autonomy)
- Design, build, test, and deploy agents end-to-end using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
- Develop both knowledge-based agents and workflow-integrated agents connected to enterprise systems
- Define and implement guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure agents meet security, privacy, and cyber compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform (including Agent Builder or similar tools)
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to assess and scope ambiguous problem
- Experience designing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or automation solutions
- Understanding of when to apply lightweight vs. complex, integrated agent architectures
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (APIs, data sources, SaaS platforms)
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance considerations in AI deployments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have:
- Experience with generative AI tools
- Exposure to multimodal AI or advanced automation workflows
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
