In agriculture, our drone solutions help farmers and business improve productivity, reduce costs, and make smarter farming decisions through precision agriculture and aerial intelligence.

Role Summary

As an Agri Business Development Executive , you will support the growth of our agricultural market segment by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and promoting our drone-based agri solutions. You’ll work closely with senior team members to execute sales strategies, attend field demonstrations, and develop opportunities with farmers, cooperatives, and agri enterprises.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about agri-tech, eager to learn, and driven to make a real impact in the farming sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities in the agri-tech sector
• Assist in executing go-to-market strategies targeting farmers, FPOs, agri-input companies, and government programs
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and networking
• Support in preparing and delivering sales presentations, demos, and proposals
• Participate in contract discussions under the guidance of senior managers
• Track customer feedback and share insights with the product and engineering teams
• Represent the company at agricultural events, expos, and demonstrations
• Maintain sales records and assist in preparing performance reports

Qualification and Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in agriculture, agri-tech, farm machinery, or related sectors (freshers with strong agri knowledge may also apply)
• Basic understanding of farming practices, crop cycles, and agri value chains in India
• Interest or familiarity with drone applications in agriculture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Comfortable with field travel and engaging directly with farmers and agri stakeholders
