Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agile Coach, based in Lucknow, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Agile Coach will be responsible for mentoring teams and leaders to adopt Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role involves facilitating Agile training sessions and workshops, guiding teams through Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and working with stakeholders to build innovative and efficient workflows. The Agile Coach will act as a consultant, driving change and ensuring the successful delivery of projects by empowering teams to reach their full potential.
