About The Role
As one of our Agent Engagement Managers, you'll be at the forefront of how B2B companies transform their GTM strategies with AI. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that revolutionize how their sales and marketing teams identify and engage prospects.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines product management, technical implementation, and direct customer-facing work. You'll embed with customer teams to understand their unique GTM processes, then architect and deploy AI agents that integrate into, complement or replace their existing workflows. Working closely with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineers, and leadership, you'll ensure customers aren't just adopting our platform but fundamentally changing how they approach revenue generation as an AI-first GTM org.
What You’ll Do
Who You Are
- 4+ years experience
in one or more of the following: Product Management, Consulting, Investment Banking, former founder, GTM operator in early stage startups
Nice to Haves
- Experience at an early-stage startup
building and scaling functions and processes
- Background in a technical field
(CS, Stats, Engineering, Economics, etc)
- Previous experience
with AI/ML product implementation or prompt engineering
- Track record
of driving product adoption and measurable customer outcomes
The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $140,000 - $180,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans.
