• Recruit, vet, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with our audience.
• Coordinate commission structures and partnership terms focused on ROI.
• Track and optimize affiliate performance to maximize revenue.
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with active affiliates.

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
• Proven ability to grow affiliate programs.
• Strong communication and partner management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics.
• Hands-on self-starter comfortable executing and improving processes.
