Position: AI Red Team Specialist

Type: Full-time or Part-time Contract Work Compensation: $29/hour Location: Remote ; Geography restricted to USA, Brazil Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI models for vulnerabilities, including jailbreaks, prompt injections, and misuse cases.
Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures and classifying vulnerabilities.
Apply structured taxonomies and benchmarks to maintain consistent testing.
Document findings reproducibly, creating reports and datasets for customer action.
Collaborate independently and asynchronously, ensuring flexible hours and effective communication.

Qualifications Must-Have

Native-level fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Prior experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
Strong communication skills for explaining risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Adversarial ML, Cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis.
Skills in penetration testing, exploit development, or reverse engineering.
