Role Description

We are hiring Ads Billing & Recovery Specialists in Thailand with direct, hands-on experience working on advertiser billing at Google or Meta, or via approved BPO partners, or as an Account Manager.

This role is not customer support. It is a billing, credits, disputes, and recovery role focused on identifying overcharges, validating advertiser accounts, and executing refunds and adjustments at scale. If you have worked as an Account Manager, Billing Specialist, Payments, Collections, or Ads Support professional handling advertiser billing issues at Google or Meta, this role is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate advertiser billing discrepancies, overcharges, and invalid spend
• Execute refunds, credits, adjustments, and recoverable spend
• Manage billing and refund cases end-to-end with precise documentation
• Review advertiser payment history, logs, invoices, and account records
• Identify patterns of systemic billing errors or invalid charges
• Escalate high-risk or repeat billing issues
• Communicate findings clearly to internal teams and clients
• Operate independently in a remote, high-accuracy environment

Required Experience (Mandatory)

• Direct experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads billing
• Background at Google, Meta, or a certified BPO partner (e.g. Genpact, Teleperformance, WNS, Accenture Operations)
• Hands-on exposure to billing disputes, advertiser credits, refunds, chargebacks, or collections
• Strong understanding of advertiser account structures and payment workflows
