Role Description

The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks and providing executive assistance. Daily responsibilities include handling correspondence, coordinating schedules, managing office resources, and communicating effectively across teams. The role also involves maintaining documentation and ensuring office operations run smoothly.

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience in General Administration and office management practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for coordinating multiple tasks
• Proficiency in office software and technology
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Melaka
• Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
