Position Overview
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Singapore for an Administrative Executive specializing in HR and Finance. The incumbent will be responsible for managing executive-level administrative tasks, overseeing general office administration, supporting communication and coordination within internal teams, and contributing to HR and finance functions. This role involves handling documentation, assisting in reporting, and ensuring efficient operational processes while maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality in our growing SME company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll support.
· Assist with month-end reporting, financial data reconciliation, and statutory filings (GST, IR8A, IR21).
· Support HR processes: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, leave administration, performance management, and staff engagement initiatives.
· Maintain accurate HR and finance records, prepare reports, and assist management with ad hoc tasks.
· Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, Finance or related fields.
· 1–2 years’ experience in HR, Accounting, or Administration preferred.
· Strong knowledge of Singapore HR and payroll practices, and basic accounting principles.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in general administration and organizational abilities to handle various office tasks efficiently.
· Positive attitude and has the ability to work independently in a lean SME environment.
· Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
· Only applicable for Singaporeans/Singapore PR.
