This is an internship role for an Administrative Assistant. The intern will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks, managing correspondence, maintaining clerical records, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. Tasks also include assisting executives in scheduling, communication, and organization. This is a hybrid role based in Chennai, which provides flexibility with a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizational and operational tasks.
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions and correspondence.
Experience or ability in Executive Administrative Assistance roles to support leadership in scheduling and coordination.
Detail-oriented mindset with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in common office software tools, such as word processing and spreadsheets, is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or equivalent field.
