Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in the City of Johannesburg. The Administrative Assistant will provide key support through administrative and clerical tasks, effectively manage schedules and communications, and assist in executive-level administrative functions. Core responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, providing customer support through phone and email, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior leadership and manage schedules and communications.
- Excellence in Communication and Phone Etiquette to address inquiries professionally and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
- Relevant experience in a similar role and a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration or related fields is a plus.
