Role Description
Blip is seeking a
highly organized and proactive Assistant
to support daily office operations and assist company leadership. This role is
part-time and on-site
, with the
potential to transition into a full-time position
based on performance and company growth.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced startup environment
where priorities may shift quickly. You will play a key role in helping leadership stay organized and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide
administrative and clerical support
to company leadership
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics
- Organize documents, files, and internal records
- Assist with
email correspondence, phone communications, and professional outreach
- Coordinate office operations and maintain workflow efficiency
- Help manage tasks across multiple company initiatives
- Support project coordination when needed
Qualifications
- Strong
administrative assistance and clerical skills
- Experience providing
executive administrative support
- Excellent
communication skills and professional phone etiquette
