💻 Level 2 IT Administrator – iPronics

🧭 What You’ll Do

As a Level 2 IT Administrator, you’ll work closely with our IT Director and engineering teams to ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable environment.

Your time will be split between IT support (30%) and strategic IT projects (70%), allowing you to make a real impact while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing Level 1 & 2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, and network connectivity.
• Managing IT assets, user accounts, and access controls.
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated, repeatable deployments.
• Managing cloud services and contributing to cloud architecture decisions.
• Participating in IT projects, including:
• Deployment and configuration of servers, NAS, storage, and firewalls.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Technical Skills

• Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform / Ansible / Vault.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure / Microsoft 365 / AKS.
• DevOps Tools: GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Nexus, SonarQube, Argo CD, etc.
• Networking: VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, firewalls.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and self-learning attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Language

• English: professional level.
