We're looking for an Accounts Payable Implementation Specialist who wants to be a client's trusted implementation partner, not just a configuration specialist. Someone who enjoys understanding real financial processes and wants to build something big from the beginning.

This role is perfect if:

• You have experience in AP and want to help clients in making their lives easier using AI

🔧 Your Day-to-Day

Discovery & requirements:

• Interact with our clients (mainly CFOs and their teams) to understand their needs and use cases
• Translate business processes into platform configurations
• Work closely with Technical Solutions Consultant on technical requirements

Client implementation ownership:

• Configure and customize our platform based on client requirements and according to the scope of the project
• Create functional mappings and post-processors (no coding required)
• Ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders throughout the process

Quality & follow-through:

• Test configurations before go-live to ensure 100% accuracy
• Document client requirements and implementation decisions
• Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing customer success team

Cross-functional collaboration:

• Partner with Technical Solutions Consultant and the Onboarding Leader on every onboarding
• Coordinate with product team when custom requirements emerge
• Work with sales team to clarify what was actually sold
• Learn from senior implementation managers

• Master's degree in data analytics or business intelligence
• Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable processes
