Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive, located in Bengaluru North. Responsibilities include managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, managing accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with budget preparation. The Accounts Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial tasks while contributing to the company's financial health and compliance.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial management, accounting principles, and bookkeeping practices
Experience with tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
Working knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like CA or CPA are a plus
Experience in industrial or automation sectors is an advantage
