Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Assistant role located in Colombo. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, supporting the budgeting process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role will also require supporting finance-related activities and maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control and handling Petty Cash processes
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles and practices aligning with L KS, IAS, IFRS
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software Quickbook
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
