Main Responsibilities

• Perform daily entries and postings in the ERP, following Semidynamics accounting policies and procedures, for A/P, A/R, GL and Project Cost accounting.
• Execute accounting reconciliations (banks, suppliers, payroll/expenses, prepaids, accruals) with supporting documentation.
• Maintain accounting auxiliar files (prepaids & accruals, fixed assets files, etc.) in a consistent manner.
• Organize invoices and supporting documentation in a structured way, using our internal file architecture and naming conventions.
• Coordinate with other departments (Operations / Procurement / HR) to confirm purchase orders, invoices and payments.
• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Preparation of files and reports relating to periodic taxes declarations (Withholding tax, VAT, Intrastat) for our external fiscal advice agency.
• Support the preparation, together with the Senior Accountant, of month-end reporting files (P&L, BS, Cash Flow statement, etc).
• Support Senior Accountant in the procurement of audit evidence (PBC items) when requested, ensuring files and documentation are complete and audit ready.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate meets at least the following requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as an accountant in a Spanish company.
• Qualified accountant / University degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Spanish and English C1 required (high-level working proficiency)
• Strong structure, organization, and documentation discipline.
• Solid Excel skills: XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, conditional formatting.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish taxation. SII (VAT) experience required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Desired Additional Requirements

• Experience in an international environment, with exposure to US GAAP or UK GAAP is highly desirable.
• Experience in scale-ups and / or technological environments will be highly appreciated.
• Experience with IFRS is a plus.
• Previous experience with A3 ERP is a strong plus.
