About The Role As an Accountant at Web Manuals, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and finance tasks to support the company’s global operations. Your duties include managing accounts payable, billing and collections, account reconciliations and other daily accounting activities. You will also play an active role in the month-end and year-end closing processes, the preparation of financial statements and reports, and providing support during audits, budgeting, and tax filings.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with Swedish GAAP as well as internal financial policies and controls, while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. You will work closely with the colleagues in the Finance Team, consisting of the CFO, Financial Controller, and another Accountant, and report directly to the CFO. Collaboration across teams and clear communication will be key as you help maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions, including maintaining balance sheets and accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and tax preparation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
