In this role, you will ensure compliance with Swedish GAAP as well as internal financial policies and controls, while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. You will work closely with the colleagues in the Finance Team, consisting of the CFO, Financial Controller, and another Accountant, and report directly to the CFO. Collaboration across teams and clear communication will be key as you help maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions, including maintaining balance sheets and accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and tax preparation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

• 2+ years of accounting experience.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles according to local Swedish GAAP.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.

• A personal mindset marked by accountability, adaptability, motivation, curiosity, and strong time management skills.

• The following is considered a plus:

• Experience from work or studies in an international environment.

• Experience from the SaaS and/or aviation industries.

• Experience from Fortnox and QuickBooks.
